One of the most technologically advanced reservation systems in North America. Through SABRE’s Global Distribution System (GDS) we can tap into scheduling information for hundreds of air carriers, hotel and car rental agencies around the world. SABRE incorporates client profiles and all client business discounts and locates the lowest fares available. Our preprogrammed quality control feature signals if a lower price becomes available up to the time the ticket is issued. No airline offers this service.

It’s all about us keeping you in the loop. We send you an email link where you can view your reservations in real time. You can see any agent remarks and you can download your itinerary to your PDA, print the e-ticket and sign up for alerts about any schedule changes.

TRAMS

This technologically advanced accounting system we use gives you the ability to manage your travel programs and track them with customized reports. You can select from a range of specific reports that supply valuable information on travel activity in your company by invoice, airline, credit card and numerous other criteria. Your account representative will work closely with you to design the reporting solution that works best for you.

BC Travel Assurance Fund

Unlike an internet travel booking site we protect our clients through the BCTAF which compensates consumers for undelivered travel services in the event of supplier failure (Canada 3000, for example!). As a registered travel agency in B.C. our license ensures your coverage.
